Reservation Changes
- Guests may request changes to an existing reservation only with the agreement of the service provider. Possible changes include:
- Changing the reservation holder.
- Modifying the reservation date.
- Adjusting the number of persons or their age.
- Altering the types of basic or additional services booked.
- Revising the payment dynamics.
- Requests for changes must be submitted in writing via email, fax, or mail.
- All changes are subject to availability and approval by Posoljeni Zrak d.o.o.
Cancellation Policy
- Guests must submit cancellation requests in writing via email, fax, or mail.
- The date the agency receives the written cancellation notice is used to calculate cancellation costs.
- If the guest does not show up at the destination or cancels after the service usage begins, no refund will be provided.
- If actual costs incurred by the agency exceed previously stated amounts, the agency reserves the right to charge the actual costs.
Cancellation Costs and Conditions
- Cancellation costs apply to changes in the terms of use of reserved services and other significant changes.
- If a guest finds a replacement user for the same reservation, the agency charges only the costs associated with the replacement.
- In cases of cancellation due to force majeure on the part of the guest, the agency will charge only the actual costs incurred, which will not exceed 25% of the total service value. The remaining amount will be refunded to the guest.
Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed exclusively to the card used for the original reservation.
- The exact amount to be refunded will be determined and processed promptly, with the sender covering the associated transaction costs.
