Reservation Changes

  • Guests may request changes to an existing reservation only with the agreement of the service provider. Possible changes include:
    • Changing the reservation holder.
    • Modifying the reservation date.
    • Adjusting the number of persons or their age.
    • Altering the types of basic or additional services booked.
    • Revising the payment dynamics.
  • Requests for changes must be submitted in writing via email, fax, or mail.
  • All changes are subject to availability and approval by Posoljeni Zrak d.o.o.

Cancellation Policy

  • Guests must submit cancellation requests in writing via email, fax, or mail.
  • The date the agency receives the written cancellation notice is used to calculate cancellation costs.
  • If the guest does not show up at the destination or cancels after the service usage begins, no refund will be provided.
  • If actual costs incurred by the agency exceed previously stated amounts, the agency reserves the right to charge the actual costs.

Cancellation Costs and Conditions

  • Cancellation costs apply to changes in the terms of use of reserved services and other significant changes.
  • If a guest finds a replacement user for the same reservation, the agency charges only the costs associated with the replacement.
  • In cases of cancellation due to force majeure on the part of the guest, the agency will charge only the actual costs incurred, which will not exceed 25% of the total service value. The remaining amount will be refunded to the guest.

Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed exclusively to the card used for the original reservation.
  • The exact amount to be refunded will be determined and processed promptly, with the sender covering the associated transaction costs.
