    Booking Terms and Conditions for Tourist Services in Dubrovnik

    Prepayment Requirement

    • All bookings for tourist services are based on prepayment.
    • To complete your reservation, a non-refundable prepayment is required. This prepayment is non-refundable under any circumstances, including situations and events beyond our control. However, we will allow a change to a different date within the same year or 2025 if you contact us at least 7 days prior to your original reservation date, subject to availability.

    Service Duration and Allocation

    • For bookings, all bed reservations are valid for the exact time of the booking.
    • Your booking will be allocated by our team upon arrival.

    Vouchers

    • All vouchers have an expiry date and cannot be extended.
    • Vouchers are non-refundable and non-transferable.
    • Bookings are valid only for the specific date purchased and must be presented upon arrival.

    Payment Information

    • No credit or debit card details will be stored after the payment is processed.
    • Payments are made through a secure connection. For more information, please refer to the website of the payment processor.

    Price Adjustments

    • We reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing on our website or during the booking process with our reservations department. Should such an error occur, the price of the booking may be adjusted accordingly.

    The seller is Posoljeni zrak d.o.o., and the customer is a visitor to these pages who fills out an electronic order and makes payment via debit/credit card or cash on delivery.

    Ordering Process

    The customer orders the product via the electronic order form.

    All prices are expressed in euros, including VAT.

    In case of a problem, please report it to our Contact Center (by phone or e-mail) so that we can fix it as quickly as possible.

    Juridistiction of the court

    If the customer is not satisfied with the solution of the complaint procedure by thebeachdubrovnik.com, he has the right to court arbitration. For such a case, the jurisdiction of the court in Dubrovnik is contracted.
