Our Morning Energising Yoga at Copacabana Beach is created as a gentle but uplifting way to begin your day. The practice combines flowing yoga, conscious breathing and a short guided meditation to help you wake up your body, clear your mind and find a sense of steady energy that lasts beyond the mat.
And because nourishment is part of the practice, the experience continues after the class with a buffet breakfast included in the price. Take your time, enjoy fresh flavours, sit by the sea and let your body absorb the benefits of the practice — no rushing, no agenda.
We start slowly, connecting to the breath and easing into movement, then gradually build warmth and vitality through an accessible, energising flow. The class ends with a brief meditation — a moment to arrive fully, set an intention and step into the day feeling grounded and present.
